A handwritten note reads, "West Palm Beach
Feb. 26th
Mother, Lena, Kenneth and I reached here on Feb. 16th having spent 3 days in Jacksonville. It was cold + rainy there our ideal weather here in this garden city. We have a 5 roomed bungalow with bath + meals taken out. We are to [?] Apr. 13th on the [?]. All are well and having most enjoyable times. Kenneth + I have hired bicycles by the creek. We have take [?] auto [?] and a boat ride thus far.
